Black Garlic Butter is a compound butter you’ll want to use again and again. It’s super easy to make, and well worth the effort. Use this compound butter with pasta, toasts, roasted oysters, or as a finishing touch on steak.
1 stick unsalted butter
10 cloves black garlic finely chopped chopped
1/4 t soy sauce (or tamari for GF)
Allow butter to come to room temperature. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender- mix until butter is completely combined. The compound butter should change color, and still have noticeable flecks of black garlic cloves. Salt butter to taste.
