This is a versatile dressing, good on salads or used as a marinade, glaze, or dipping sauce.
yields dressing for one 8oz jam jar
- 2 T dijon mustard
- 1 T white wine
- 1 T honey
- 1/2 t cracked black pepper
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- 1 C olive oil
Add all ingredients to bowl and whisk together. Slowly pour in olive oil while whisking to emulsify dressing. Adjust seasoning to taste.
