- 1 1/2 oz gin
- charred lemon wedge
- tonic water
- charred lemon wheel & rosemary sprig for garnish
Char lemons for this recipe by heating cast iron pan to medium, then place fruit cut-side down in pan until lemons char.
Add gin and juice from charred lemon wedge to ice filled glass. Top with tonic water. Garnish with charred lemon and fresh rosemary sprig.
