- 1 1/2oz tequila
- 1/2 lime quartered
- 1 T cilantro (more or less based on preference)
- 1 oz simple syrup
- kosher salt, lime wheel, cilantro sprig for serving
Prepare glass: rub cut lime on edge of rocks glass, roll glass in salt.
Add lime and cilantro to boston tin. Muddle ingredients until limes are juiced and cilantro is crushed. Add tequila and simple syrup. Add ice to tin. Close tins and shake cocktail for about 20 seconds. Fill prepared rocks glass with ice. Strain cocktail into glass. Garnish with lime wheel and cilantro sprig.
